another weekend visit

Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the fall. Ray and I finally had an entire weekend together so we decided to visit Rachel at college. She just had her 20th birthday on November 6th so we drove down on Saturday to pay her a visit. We ate breakfast at her dorm cafeteria, which was surprisingly good, after taking a walk around the campus. Miami University has a lovely campus with lots of mature trees, and the squirrels to go with them, and we had perfect weather. We then headed out to Hueston woods for a little nature walk. We finished the day with a stop at my favorite place to eat, Kona's, and took a walk around Oxford. She is doing very well in school and seems to really enjoy college life (although Ray would prefer to remain in the dark about just how much). Ray commented with a cheer that we now have zero teenagers in our family! YEAH!
