Happy 45th Birthday to you, Ray! Ray's mom sent a really nice scrapbook filled with pictures and things from Ray's childhood up to now. It was great to see my guy as a cute little boy with a big, friendly smile (which he hasn't lost in the least!), as as overgrown teenager with the cutest curly hair and a very cheesy mustache, as a big OSU football player/college student, as a new father, and as a wonderful grown man (which is the view I am priviledged to see on a daily basis!) I have plans to take him out to dinner on Friday and he has much of this week off so he will enjoy some piece and quiet along with a very reasonable "honey do list".
In other news, Happy 1st day of Spring!
Of course we are expecting a few inches of snow tonight that will last a few days and make my yard a giant mud pit again, but I am not complaining. We will be into the planting and growing season very soon so I can wait a few more weeks. I do have some bulbs poking their heads out of the dirt so I know soon I will have some color back in the yard. I am still glad it is finally Spring!
I encourage everyone to get out and play in the dirt as soon as possible, it is truely good for what ails ya!
Love to all!
