Visiting Santa

It's that time of year again...The annual "Santa visit" with the grandkids. Ray and I kept the 3 little ones this weekend so their parents could move into new digs and we took the opportunity to take the babies to visit the big guy from up North. Kaylyn had a nice conversation with Santa and gave him a couple of ideas for presents plus a few good tips on tree decorating. Xander and Elizabeth took it all in stride but little Kiryn was not too pleased with the thought of sitting on his lap, as you can see she needed moral support from her Mimi, which is me. We all then went into the madness a.k.a the food court for lunch and headed back to Millersport to return our little guests. The kids found a nice house to rent in the neighborhood and Kaylyn seemed happy to see all her old toys in her new room.
Next weekend Ray and I will go tree hunting. We bought a Christmas tree with a root ball last year and that did so well we have decided to make it an annual thing.
In all the crazy times the holiday season brings try to remember to have fun and keep smiling!
