Recent stuff

Vacation week is in full swing. We have had some fun stuff and had to work a bit, too. The work end is in the garden and spring cleaning the house so, not so bad. I could wear whatever I wanted and didn't have to commute. Here are some pics of random activities this week. I will post the 2nd half of vacation week this weekend. Otherwise there would be too much excitement for 1 blog!

we have extended the garden, yet again, and were able to put in everything we wanted to try this year...

we had lots of delicious ice cream, this was from Tom's Ice Cream Bowl in Zanesville, definitely worth the trip

we visited these boys, all of which are now bald by nature or daddy going bonkers with the clippers

we have new baby chickens to tend to.

I spent time braiding Ray's goatee (slow vacation day)

taught the next generation the fine art of hopscotch

hung out with this band of ruffians for the day, scary stuff

and helped Sadie the mutt rid the garden of these cute little baby bunnies. Much as I oohed and aahed over the unbelievable cuteness of these(just look at the little paw on the board), they had to go. My radishes were suffering big time!
