This past weekend Ray, Rachel and I spent 2 days in Toledo to celebrate Ray's parents 50th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time! There anniversary was on May 25th but the celebration was held this weekend so that we could get all the family together! They had a full house with the 3 of us plus Ray's brother and his family, Craig and Lisa, and their children Christopher, Clayton and Cullen. There were also other family and friends around to help with the celebration. The picture above is of the bunch for dinner on Saturday night and the family on the front porch. The cute couple in the last picture is the happy couple, of course. We enjoyed a great meal at a local steak house and wedding cake with the cake topper from their original wedding cake. Ray and I had scanned a bunch of old slides and were able to show the pictures on the laptop for all to see. We all had a great time relaxing into the night, with Ray and Craig giving naration of some of the photos that had everyone in tears of laughter! We were so glad that we were all able to be a part of this very special occasion! I hope we will all be able to get together more often.Also, I want to say Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there. I hope everyone had a fun and safe weekend!
