Hi all,
At long last we have a Grandson!! Xander Michael came into this world today 7/13/2006 at 11:44 am. He weighed 6lbs 14ozs and was 19 3/4" long. He is a very healthy and beautiful little boy and we were so happy to meet him. His mama and daddy are doing fine and his big sisters can't wait to meet him. Ray and I are going to take the girls for the weekend to give mama and baby a chance to get acquainted and then, look out Xander, here come your sisters! Kaylyn wants to hold him and play with him and Kiryn is so far undecided on how she feels but I am sure she will love him just the same. I was very glad to finally have a grandson and Ray has plans to teach him football and golf! We will be having a "welcome to the family" BBQ in a few weeks so that Xander can meet the whole gang. We will also be able to have a birthday get together for Elizabeth who turns 1 on August 5th. These little ones grow up much to fast for my taste but it sure is fun to watch them grow!
So, welcome to the family Xander. I think you will love it here!
