gardening going on

Gardening is definitely going on here. We've got most of the tomato, pepper and peas in with all doing well. The neighbors decided to get rid of their raised beds so we took those over too. We've been digging, weeding, hoeing, planting...all the very active stuff that happens in the Spring around here. We have been able to harvest a couple of bowls full of lettuce and quite a few radish so nice, fresh salads have been on the menu lately.
We have Elizabeth for the summer now. She's been helping in the garden when she's with us and hanging out with her dad the rest of the time. Ray has his OSU golf outing coming up and we are planning a few day trips over the summer so we are easing into this season in our usual easy way. All in all it's BAU around here!
